Oh.. Boy...

Let me introduce Tallan to some of you who may not know of him. He is basically AMAZING, in every way possible. One of the Hardest things for me while being at EFY has being away from this fella. We met in March and have been dating for a couple months now. He is awesome and hilarious, and handsome, and a complete goof just like me. :) He makes me Happy!

And So it BEGINS! Flagstaff Session 2

Hey all! Sorry I havent been able to post! EFY has kept me non-stop busy! But Here are a few photos from my first session! It was in Flagstaff, AZ the 22-27 of June. I am so grateful to be able to be a tool in the Lords hands and help teach his youth! This experience has just started but I already feel like I have grown so much! Hope you all enjoy! :)

This is Me and my awesome first CoCo ( Co Counselor) Josh, Betterly known as Shua! But he was an amazing first CoCo! He has such an awesome knowledge of the gospel and insanely excited about everything all the time, just like me! You can imagine how crazy our kids were with two insanely peppy counselors! He was basically the Bomb.com! Thanks again Josh for everything you taught me! You are fantastic! :)

Here is me and Kierstie! I LOVE HER! We somehow magically got to be roommates for my first week! She basically showed me the ropes and was the best roomie ever! Well besides the fact that she sleep talks every night! Also she like sleep, stood up in her bed one night! It was hilarious!! I love her, and I always loved cleaning our room, randomly at midnight! I am nuts!

Waylon is a goof! And all my other boys are presh! :) Love them!Love these girls! On our way to the Morningside on Thursday!We are goofy, 100% of the time.. or thats just me!We love SERVICE! For our project we got to color road maps for children! It was awesome and since coloring is one of my favorite past times, it was thoroughly enjoyable!

Starting and ending with me and Josh! We had such a good time and were an Amazing team if I say so myself! He will forever be my first Co Co and the most memorable! Yay for EFY and I hope more goodness comes each and every week!

Dentist?... Oh Dear..

So.. within the past month I have been to the dentist three times! Granted before this time I have not been to the dentist in three years.. But its okay. So after my initial cleaning my dentist decided I needed to redo all my fillings in my mouth. Total.. 5..  Yuck! 

I must say though, I have two things I dislike about the dentist. It is the awful drilling sound that you hear for.. ya know... 1 1/2 hours straight, and the numbing! Today I had two fillings done on my left side of my face. One on the top and one on the bottom. Therefore half of my face  way numb.. So When I got home I decided to take some pictures of my distorted face. It may not look too bad, but it felt like i got punched about a hundred times... 

I do love then dentist because they make my smile pretty, but the procedures I have to go through to obtain it,, I could do without. You know what they say, Pain Is Beauty :)

EFY for LIFE!

EFY!! For those of you who may not know... I will be serving as an EFY Counselor this summer from June 22 - Aug 8! A whole month and a half of pure learning, growing greatness! I initially applied for this position because my best friend Emily's sister Sarah said to me back in October,"Kim! I know what you need to do with your life!!" and I replied.. "Shoot Sarah!" and She continued, " Kim you would make the funnest EFY counselor!" So my brain turned and thoughts came to applying, applying lead to interview and interview led to my soon to be great experience!!
As you can see by the map, Efy is EVERYWHERE!! Even in Canada! But I will be serving in Flagstaff ( my newest week!), Thatcher, Ephriam and Cedar City! I am so excited and I hope I can make an adequate counselor for my soon to be Campers! Ill update you all on my ventures since my Macbook, Maxine will be accompanying me! I hope all of your summers are going well, but this is what will be occupying my time! :) Efy I am coming for ya! HOORAY!

1. I was a Freshman at Carson Jr. High
2. I was attending Seminary for the first time
3. I started to become Better Best Friends with Emily :)

4.  I was Captain of Carson Softball and Volleyball

5. I realized that being a teacher's pet was the way to be! haha 

( who would have thought!)

5 things on my to-do list today...
1. Make sure Emily's Bridal Shower goes as wonderful as possible!

2. Do Aubrey B's hair for prom this Saturday

3. Make a study guide for Micro, and Study for Finals

4. Turn in my Paperwork for EFY

5. Write back my missionaries, all 8 of them!

5 things I would do with a million dollars...
1. Pay Tithing!
2. Donate to a Cancer Research Study

3. Donate money to the Nursing Programs so more girls can get accepted into the program

4. Pay off my Dad's house
5. Take a trip to New York and see a Broadway Musical!

5 places I have lived...
1. Born and Raised in Mesa Town, Arizona!
2. I have Lived in school the Past 15 Years of my life

3.  The past two years I have lived at my Amazing  job!

4. This summer I will be living at EFY! :P

5. I have also lived at the gym everyday! On that dang treadmill!

5 things I want to be doing in 5 years...
1. Hopefully be married in the Temple! :) 
2. Be a registered Nurse in a hospital
3. Still  be watched all of my favorite shows: 24, Biggest Loser, One Tree Hill.

4. Be a progressing homemaker in cooking and sewing

5. Lastly being able to keep in touch with all of my wonderful, AMAZING FRIENDS!!

Emily Is ENGAGED!

Wow Times flies!  In a blink of an Eye, I remember Emily and I in high school and now she is getting married! :) I love my Best Friend with all of my heart and cannot wait for her to be able to enter into the temple for time and all eternity with Brett. We have had so many wonderful memories and now she gets to make new memories with Brett, I cannot wait for the day when Emily can be there for me when I enter into the Temple as well. So Em thanks for always being the Best Friend and Sister I always have needed and have love having in my life! You have helped me in ways no one else could ever and I know we will grow old in best friendship together! Love ya Sister! :)
